01 — About us

An Omani partner built for complex operations.

Masar Al-Moheet — Ocean Route for Shipping and Oil Services LLC — is an Omani-led marine and energy-services partner connecting local knowledge with international operational discipline.

We support offshore, shipping and freight programmes across the Sultanate and the wider Arabian Gulf with responsive coordination, trusted sourcing and uncompromising delivery. From a single urgent spare to a multi-vessel mobilisation, the same discipline applies: plan it properly, communicate clearly, and deliver on the date we promised.

Our mission

To keep critical cargo, people and equipment moving with clarity, care and dependable execution.

Our vision

Stronger partnerships. Greater possibilities.

Skilled crews, modern equipment and a safety-first process — offshore Oman.

Safety first

HSE is the first line of every plan, not a box ticked at the end.

Reliability

Dates we commit to are dates we hold — and we tell you early if they move.

Operational excellence

Documented processes, trained people, inspection-ready paperwork.

Long-term partnerships

We build for the second contract, not just the first delivery.

Omani market leadership

Regional fluency and a practical on-the-ground network for port, offshore and energy-sector priorities.

International safety standards

Safety-first processes, quality controls and responsible procurement aligned with international expectations.

02 — What we do

Four capabilities. One accountable partner.

From the first lift to the final mile, our teams bring practical on-the-ground capability to every brief — and one point of contact who owns the outcome.

The right equipment. The right people. At the right time.

Reliable and efficient oilfield services with a focus on safety, quality and operational excellence — equipment rental, technical support and skilled personnel for drilling, exploration, well development and heavy machinery supply.

Operational scope

03 — How we work

Operational clarity at every handoff.

The work behind the work is what keeps a programme on schedule. Five steps, one owner, no silent gaps.

Start an enquiry
  1. 01

    Enquiry & scope

We capture the requirement, constraints, site conditions and the real deadline — then confirm what we can commit to in writing.

  2. 02

    Planning & sourcing

Equipment, vessels, vendors and documentation are lined up in parallel, with an HSE and quality review before anything moves.

  3. 03

    Mobilisation

Permits, customs, transport and crew are sequenced so the site receives a complete package — not a partial delivery.

  4. 04

    Execution & monitoring

One coordinator owns the movement and reports milestones, exceptions and changes as they happen — not after.

  5. 05

    Delivery & close-out

Proof of delivery, certificates and inspection-ready documentation are handed over, and we review what could run better next time.

Our promise

Reliable vessels. Seamless operations. Global standards.

04 — HSE & quality

Safety is the first line of the plan.

Offshore and oilfield work leaves no room for improvisation. Our controls are aligned with international expectations and applied from sourcing through to final delivery.

01

Documented HSE process

Risk assessment, method statements and toolbox talks before mobilisation — recorded, not assumed.

02

Certified equipment

Lifting gear, PPE and rental equipment supplied with valid certificates and inspection records.

03

Quality control

Goods inspected against specification before consolidation, with non-conformances raised early.

04

Sustainability

Responsible procurement, reduced empty running and waste-aware packing across our movements.

05

Trained people

Skilled and experienced crews and coordinators, briefed on site-specific requirements.

06

Audit-ready records

Every consignment leaves a paper trail your inspector or client can follow without chasing us.

08 — Questions

Answers before you call.

We operate nationwide from our Muscat base, with regular movements through Sohar, Duqm and Salalah, and offshore support across Omani and wider Gulf waters.

Yes. Our operations desk runs 24/7 for port calls, crew changes and emergency sourcing. Call the Oman number and you will reach a coordinator, not a queue.

Both. We supply and rent oilfield and lifting equipment, PPE, tools and consumables, and we can handle the freight, customs and inland delivery in the same package.

Packing lists, certificates of origin and conformity, inspection and lifting certificates, customs paperwork and proof of delivery — issued with the consignment, not weeks later.

Yes. We maintain a network of vetted regional and international suppliers, agents and carriers, which lets us source and move cargo well beyond the Gulf.

Send scope, quantities, delivery location and the date you need it. If drawings, specifications or a vessel schedule exist, attach them — the more we see, the tighter our quotation.
